More than Half of Nobel Algarve IGCSE Results Reach A* to B Grades

There was more reason to celebrate for students at Nobel International School Algarve this summer, as they received their IGCSE results, with just over half of the 238 exam entries recorded as the highest grades of A* to B and 72 per cent securing A* to C grades. An impressive 75 per cent of all Maths and English results were A* to C.

Head of International Section Maria Tomé said: “We are all very proud of these young people. Congratulations to all 26 students, some of whom are justifiably delighted with having achieved between three and five A* grades, and some who are proud of having achieved a C grade in a subject they perhaps found very challenging.

“Whilst the headlines always focus on high grade achievements it is important to celebrate the success of every child who has worked hard with their teachers and parents to fulfil their own individual potential and successes on their journey with us. Behind the statistics there are many interesting individual successes to celebrate.”
