Four Nobel Algarve senior students (10-12º Ano, National section) represented the school in March at the Youth Parliament regional competition.
Matilde Bento, (12º), Natércia Soeiro (12º), Maria Elisa Carvalho (11º) and Laura da Silva (10º) were the school´s ´MEPs´, elected democratically by their fellow students. The girls participated at a high level in a debate that was attended by 15 schools from all over the Algarve.
The participation of our MEPs was very fruitful and contributed to the drafting and adoption of one of the three measures included in the Draft District Recommendation. The measures discussed and approved in this session will now be debated at the National Session, which will take place on April 16 and 17 in Lisbon.
Congratulations to our students for their hard work and excellent contributions on the day.
